Free guest house accommodation [Only for Outstation participants (participants coming from outside the state of Arunachal Pradesh)] and food will be provided for all participants from November 26 to 30, 2024.
Free local transportation will be provided from the nearest railway stations (Naharlagun and Harmuti) and the airport (Itanagar/Holongi) [Only for Outstation participants (participants coming from outside the state of Arunachal Pradesh)].
Support will be provided to obtain an offline ILP for entry into Arunachal Pradesh.
*To qualify for either the award or the registration fee waiver, the similarity index must be below 10%, and the AI content must not exceed 20%.
*Review paper will not be considered for registration fee waiver.
